I'm really happy and excited for you. : D

.. but that doesn't change my opinion that most of the bars they picked are going to be retardedly useless because the AI won't know how to use them, haha.

right I am not mad at you Pansy Malfoy for winning... and your bar was ok... but I am more shaking my head at ANET for seemingly to just throw up the current meta for the winners that wont work on henchies. AI can't handle 2 stances very well... and almost every single Warrior, Ranger and Sin bar has 2 stances...

The GvG rit bar is pretty good. I can see it all now...

You are a midliner and you're under some mild pressure and your rit hero casts Resillient/Warding on you to keep you alive. 1/4 seconds later it is replaced by Xinrae's weapon and you are spiked down because the good weapon spell was removed. QQ

Well... if they wanted AI out of GvG and HA... they almost got it, almost eveyone takes a Hero/Henchie Monk... which I am not sad about TBH... I didnt think they belong in the high end of PvP (PLAYER vs PLAYER)... so I can't be 100% mad I guess...

meta bars won, bars with relic snares in ha won. Honestly a hero can't use relic snare right, why pick those. Also they did not pick a tainted flesh necro, no human necro wants to play that bar.
I feel whoever picked them didn't really think things through that well. Henchies with frenzy and snares, which really does take a human element to run correctly is given to npc's u can't even micro to use them when u want them to use them.

Seems like they just picked the first few submitted. Seriously...henchmen running builds you actually need to think to play...nice job.

Meta builds continue to ruin the game. Geez, the devs are getting lazier, why sink to the level of using meta builds.

so they went through over 30,000 skill bars when they could have went straight to pvxwiki.com and end up with the same results within minutes?

I was kinda under the impression they wanted us to submit something creative that the AI could handle (expecting the AI to pre-cast and maintain Aggressive Refrain for starters). I've barely logged in for the past year and know some of those bars were ripped from observer mode.

wow anet. if i remember correctly

--sin AI don't use the offhands that require knockdowns to work. And coward? If i remember correctly, the AI don't use it well.

--As people have said, frenzy on henchmen bar? lol.... self evident how bad that is for anyone who puts it on their hero in pve.

--Good luck getting that death's charge shadowstep that war hench has to be used correctly instead for just healing.

--aura of stablility? PPFFF good luck getting a hench to use that appropiately.

... no, i'm not bitter that they choose pvx wiki builds made for humans instead of AI and not my super ingenious ones.... no, not at all...

Same, I submitted bars that the AI could actually handle and put to use.. .. not generic bars that the AI will have no clue how to use properly.

AI will never properly emulate human skill usage. Certainly not when there's so many different skill combinations and situations for their use and execution.

I guess they are getting exactly want they wanted, remove npc's from pvp. We are losing our customizable henchies, ie hero, for henchies with bars that will not be run well, or just a waste of skill spots. I'm feeling like I'm getting more removed content than added next month.

try doesn't use it at all. i can name at least 2 or 3 dozen problems the ai will encounter trying to run these builds. also, yes some of these are meta builds, but what is more disturbing is that some of them are outdated meta builds.

A.. ok..

I don't even play PvP and I can tell this is pretty fail. Some of those (Leet Noobified's channeling/wastenot boon build) look like bad PvE builds.

Also, Seconding what Ractoch said, I thought these were going to be builds that AI can handle, and general use, non-meta builds.

I love seeing a couple of those builds in there that were JUST nerfed, and were probably submitted before the nerf. hilarious stuff.

a little copy paste from http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Hero_behavior

Specific skills

Unused Skills are those that heroes never use or never seem to use; consider these carefully before including in heroes' builds, as you will have to manually activate them.

* Heroes do not seem to use Falling Lotus Strike or Falling Spider on their own.
* Heroes will not use Rage of the Ntouka, "Coward!", or Deadly Paradox.

I'm a bit irritated by the choices; myself and many others have submitted more AI friendly builds and the devs choose builds the AI will not correctly use. I feel cheated in a way. PvX always wins and I can't stand it.

Yeah if i wanted to name all the problems with the builds i can spend pages talking about how they'll waste spikes with high recharge, hit aoe on fleeing targets... etc etc... leeroy jenkin like ai only know how to.. but for the moment I just wanted to point out some skills that are SIMPLY USELESS because the AI won't ever use them or use them right. The day i see a hench shadowstep to hit my called target is the day I eat my socks.
